Medical Reclaim was founded by Quinn Crowe and James Van Ess — two founders who split the work the way a claims company should: one runs the business, compliance, and customer side; the other builds and operates the review technology.

The company started where most of its customers are: a solo practice. James grew up around his father's podiatry practice and watched earned revenue get written off every month because appealing denials takes hours nobody has. That practice is our first customer, and podiatry is deliberately our first and only specialty until the playbook is proven.

What we believe:

• Flag only what we can cite. No unexplained judgments.

• Never draft clinical facts or suggest codes the record doesn't support.

• Unrecoverable claims get called unrecoverable.

• No identifiable patient data touches any system until a BAA is signed and security controls are attested in writing.
